How To: Hard Boil Eggs perfectly

How to hard boil eggs
Place desired number of eggs in a pot and cover with cold water by 1 inch. It's best to use eggs that are older, but this will work for any eggs.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover with a lid, remove from the heat and set aside for 9 minutes. 



Drain the water and let cool in ice water.


When cool, peel the eggs and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Use to make egg salad sandwiches, add to a salad or for a protein boost any time!
